Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please ensure that the items are sent back appropriately. Back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will review the issue and work promptly to resolve it for you.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Items must be reported for return within 5 days of delivery. Please email us before the 5-day window passes — returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

Please note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 5-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 5 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within ten business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
