This website is operated by Stacey B’s Store. Throughout the Site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Stacey B’s Store.

Stacey B’s Store provides this website, including its information, products, tools, and services, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service and all policies referenced here.

By visiting 

www.staceybstore.com, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the Site.

 

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products to you.

1. Eligibility and Online Store Use

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order. If you allow a minor to use the Site under your supervision, you accept responsibility for that use.

You may not use the Site or our products for any illegal, unauthorized, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. You must not transmit viruses, malware, or other destructive code.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site if these Terms are violated.

2. United States Orders Only

Stacey B’s Store currently accepts and ships orders within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We reserve the right to limit sales to particular people, addresses, locations, or jurisdictions where permitted by law.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately present product descriptions, measurements, colors, images, and other information.

However:

  • Colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device.
  • Measurements may vary slightly.
  • Product packaging may differ from the images displayed.
  • Products may be supplied or fulfilled by third-party vendors.
  • Availability and quantities may change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product descriptions and prices at any time.

We do not guarantee that every product will meet personal preferences or expectations. This does not limit any rights you may have concerning damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered merchandise.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will normally be the price shown at checkout when the order is submitted.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Orders and Cancellations

Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order will be accepted or fulfilled.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons that may include:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or product-information errors
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
  • Payment-processing problems
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Orders that appear to be intended for unauthorized resale
  • Restrictions placed by a supplier or fulfillment provider

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion to the original payment method.

We may contact you using the email address or telephone number provided with your order.

Once an order enters processing or fulfillment, we may be unable to change or cancel it.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Stacey B’s Store is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

Stacey B’s Store has a 5-day return policy. Eligible return requests must be submitted within five calendar days after the order is marked as delivered.

Returns must meet the requirements stated in our Return and Refund Policy. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. Items mailed back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, product exclusions, or minimum-purchase requirements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Discount codes cannot be combined.
  • Discounts cannot be applied after an order is placed.
  • Promotions have no cash value.
  • Promotions may be changed or discontinued at any time.
  • Discounts do not apply to shipping charges, taxes, or gift cards.

We may refuse or cancel the use of a promotion if we reasonably believe it was obtained or used fraudulently or contrary to its terms.

9. Accounts

You are responsible for protecting your account information and password and for activity occurring through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and promptly update it when necessary. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that contain false information, are used fraudulently, or violate these Terms.

10. Reviews, Comments, and Submissions

If you submit a product review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content to us, you confirm that:

  • You created the content or have permission to share it.
  • The content is accurate and not misleading.
  • The content does not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
  • The content is not unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, or harmful.
  • The content does not contain malware or malicious code.

You grant Stacey B’s Store a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, edit, and publish content you voluntarily submit in connection with our store, products, marketing, and social-media channels.

We may remove content that violates these Terms. We are not responsible for opinions expressed by customers or other third parties.

13. Errors and Inaccuracies

Occasionally, the Site may contain typographical errors, inaccurate information, or omissions involving product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, shipping charges, or delivery estimates.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders at any time, including after an order has been submitted, subject to applicable law.

If an order is canceled because of our error, any payment collected for the canceled portion will be refunded.

  • Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
  • Harass, threaten, defame, abuse, or discriminate against others

This section does not require indemnification for conduct caused solely by Stacey B’s Store where such indemnification is prohibited by law.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

20. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms and the policies referenced within them represent the complete agreement between you and Stacey B’s Store concerning your use of the Site.

22. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This section does not remove any consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.

The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
