Thank you for shopping with Stacey B’s Store. Please review this Shipping Policy before placing your order.
Shipping Area
Stacey B’s Store currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are estimated to arrive within 7–14 business days after the order is confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders may be delayed because of:
- Severe weather
- Holidays
- High order volume
- Carrier disruptions
- Supplier or fulfillment delays
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $60 or more.
The $60 minimum is calculated after discounts and before taxes. For orders under $60, the available shipping charge will be displayed during checkout.
Shipping promotions may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Order Processing
After placing your order, you will receive an order-confirmation email. This confirms that we received your order but does not guarantee that every item is available.
Orders are reviewed and processed before shipment. Once an order enters processing or fulfillment, we may be unable to change or cancel it.
If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you using the email address or telephone number provided with your order. Any payment collected for an item we cannot fulfill will be refunded to the original payment method.
Multiple Packages
Stacey B’s Store works with different suppliers and fulfillment providers. If your order contains multiple items, those items may be shipped separately and arrive on different days.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because your order is divided into multiple packages.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address or telephone number provided during checkout.
Tracking information may require up to 48 hours to update after the shipping carrier receives the package.
If you have not received tracking information or an order update, contact us at info@staceybstore.com and include your order number.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Before submitting your order, please verify:
- Recipient’s full name
- Street address and apartment or unit number
- City, state, and ZIP code
- Email address
- Telephone number
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at info@staceybstore.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.
Stacey B’s Store is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be shipped again.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Shipping carriers may experience delays outside our control. If your tracking information has not updated for several business days or your package appears to be lost, contact us at info@staceybstore.com.
We will review the tracking information and, when appropriate, assist with contacting the supplier or shipping carrier. Carrier investigations may require additional processing time.
Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check around the delivery location, mailbox, porch, garage, or other secure areas.
- Ask household members or neighbors whether they accepted the package.
- Verify that the shipping address on your order is correct.
- Allow one additional business day because some carriers mark packages delivered before final arrival.
- Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery details.
If the package is still missing, contact us at info@staceybstore.com with your order number and tracking information.
Stacey B’s Store is not responsible for packages stolen or misplaced after confirmed delivery. However, we will make a reasonable effort to help you investigate the delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@staceybstore.com. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs of the item
- Photographs of the packaging and shipping label
Please do not discard the item or packaging while your claim is being reviewed.
Return requests must follow our Return and Refund Policy, including the applicable 5-day reporting period.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us or our fulfillment provider because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you when we receive notice.
Additional shipping charges may apply to send the order again. Original shipping charges may not be refundable when the delivery problem resulted from incorrect information provided by the customer or a refused delivery.
